Offers
When you submit an offer, we will provide our expert opinion on the value of the offer and discuss the buyer's position, including whether they have a property to sell and if their finances are arranged. We will also advise you on the most appropriate timescales for both parties. Our team will keep you informed and help you make an informed decision.
Sale Agreed
After you have accepted an offer from the buyer, you will need to hire a legal representative to act on your behalf. We will then create a document of sale that will be shared with all parties involved to confirm the agreed-upon price.
Your solicitor will then send a draft contract to the buyer's legal representative, who will carry out further inquiries before the official contract is prepared.

Exchange of Contracts
Once all inquiries have been addressed, and the draft contract approved and signed, your legal representative can request for the deposit to be transferred over. The completion date is then set through a mutual agreement.
Completion
The remaining balance of the purchase price will be transferred to your solicitor's account shortly before or on the day of completion.
Once the property has been vacated and the funds have been received, your solicitor will confirm the completion has taken place.
