It is easy to find people who are enthusiastic about delivering good news, but it is the nature of our business that good news is not always delivered to our clients. Properties do not always go under offer on the first viewing and homes will always need maintenance and repair. The skills we demand of our team are the ability to tackle problems head-on, be proactive in finding solutions and above all, to communicate in a friendly and warm manner, whether the news is great, a good offer or not so great, or even a leaky boiler.
A business is only as good as its workforce. It is a real bonus to have state-of-the-art offices with stylish chairs and funky artwork, but it is the experience of talking to and meeting with Residential Links team members, which defines a client’s experience of using our services.
All of our staff are experienced professionals who take their responsibilities to clients and company very seriously. To ensure a wide skillset across the entire company, we have members of staff from a variety of backgrounds, such as legal, financial, and other types of sales. This provides a good well of knowledge for all to draw from and also, though the promotion of in-house training, mentoring, and a brilliant working environment.
Our team members speak a variety of languages between them: French, Italian, Spanish, Bengali, and Hindi to name a few, which comes in very handy in such a multicultural city. Our aim is to gain and retain the best possible workforce in the marketplace, as we appreciate the importance of making an excellent first impression and build long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.
Memberships and Credentials
Our credentials speak for themselves. Unlike many agent’s, our agents at Residential Links belong to and are regulated by two nationally recognised governing bodies for estate agents.
We have membership with The Property Ombudsman (TPO), meaning we are bound by their rules and regulations and code of practices. Additionally, we are approved agents under the SafeAgents (NALS) scheme, which means we are to bound by their rules and regulations, code of practices and participate in their Client’s Money Protection Scheme.
